As the Coronavirus (COVID-19) increases its impact on our communities, we feel it is important to share information with you regarding our preparedness and practices.
Service First Insurance Agency has a comprehensive business continuity plan in order to best meet our commitments to our policyholders and employees. Although the situation remains fluid, we are committed to learning new information, remaining nimble, and communicating our plan.
Effective Monday, March 16th, 2020, we are implementing a hybrid remote work policy. All business functions which can be performed remotely will be done in that fashion, we will have downsized teams who will rotate shifts and exhibit social distancing while they do their work here on site. Our office hours will remain 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM EST. but we ask that you refrain from personal visits unless absolutely necessary.
